    Never Disappointed
Checked in with the Thinking Fellows after a long hiatus. I found it a refreshing pause in the day, so I think I am going to become a regular again. As a recently retired Lutheran pastor, my question has been, “now what?” Thinking Fellows either gives me some answers or gets my mind off on some even more interesting questions.

    Good discussion
They use an informal discussion format that gives you an understanding of the theology. If you want to delve more deeply, the additional references are provided for those so inclined.

    Can't follow them
Sure they are quite knowledgeable.. But if you aren't well read on theology or at least slightly you won't get this at all. They refer books and authors that if you know nothing of theology you'll be left scrambling on google typing and trying to figure out all of their references.... It's sad to think that even the word of God now has become increasingly more and more complicated by people that claim to want to find answers but at the end all the do is enjoy the superiority that comes with RATIONALIZING Jesus.... This is more human philosophy and rational thought than them actually making an attempt of explaining even remotely the nature of Jesus or even God. Their apologetics series is a perfect example of this... Basically stuck up-high nose-i know more about the Bible than you therefore your experience is nothing to my knowledge people with a podcast. Sadly this will get lost among apple podcast.

    These guys deliver the goods
No therapeutic moralistic deism here. This is biblical: Law - our sin - and Gospel - God’s good and gracious gift in Jesus. What a gift to the church and those wounded by the church. This is bible, history, culture, and theology in an honest package. Just what this weary soul needs.

    Great Reformation Theology
I have been looking for a good podcast on reformation theology, and I have finally found it. Protestantism has changed dramaticlly since the Reformation. 500 years later we should all take a look back and see where it all began and learn why we beiwve whaat we believe. One of the few non evangelical and non Roman Catholic podcasts on the internet.
