There is a need to incorporate emerging technologies in supply chains, to minimize costs and increase customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner. The relevence of each tech ( RPA, blockchain, digital twins, AR/VR, AI and IoT) need to be studied for their relevance and the benefits they offer. Implementation needs to be in baby steps and not just for the sake of differentiation.

Swiley1New ListenerI recently discovered the Modern Customer podcast and have received tremendous benefit from the guests and topics addressed. Recently I listened to the episode featuring Bryan Flores on How to use Data to Create Personalized and Scalable Experiences. A lot of great though provoking- relating to “universal truths” and creating dashboards to help jump start customer relationships. I find great ideas in each podcast that I can immediately relate to my business and my customers. Totally recommend!
