    You can’t get better CX/EX advice than this!
    Years ago, I heard Joey Coleman on another blog talking about his book, Never Lose a Customer Again. I immediately bought and devoured it. I can’t think of another business book that has resonated so strongly with me. I loved it so much I convinced a client to purchase copies for his entire staff! While I was a latecomer to Experience This! I eagerly listened from the beginng and now pounce on the new ones as soon as they are released. This new season is particularly good. They've been doing a series of ads for a video conferencing vendor, and they are the best part of the show! When's the last time you listened to a great podcast, and your favorite part was the ads? We’re opening a new store in a few weeks with plans for staff training and daily kickoff meetings currently in the works.     I wanted to say thank you so much for this awesome podcast. It’s now part of my regular routine to listen to it on my drive to work every Wednesday morning. It’s also the only podcast I listen to that the kids don’t complain about. They even dance to the little jingle at the beginning.     Dan and Joey are CX and marketing wizards. The knowledge they share is incredible. I've gotten more out of one episode of their podcast than I have out of ten other podcast episodes combined. I can't wait to go back and listen to episdoes I've missed...it's going to be better than that time I bingewatched every episode of Friends!

    I’d love to update my review. It’s September and I made it through another break and am back enjoying Dan and Joey’s podcast (as well as Dan’s new book, The Experience Maker). Every episode has me nodding my head and thinking about new and different ways to improve my business for the benefit of clients, staff and our organization as a whole. Written while Experience This! is on winter break. I’ve been listening to the Experience This! podcast for 6 months now and I look forward to when it shows up as a new episode Tuesday mornings. As a small business owner, I understand the value of great clients and my learning from Joey and Dan has been benefiting every aspect of my business — not just our relationship with our clients but also our employees and even our vendors — all important to us. While the guys have been on break the last 3 Tuesdays (and I’ve learned that I will be waiting another 3 or 4), I’m impatiently waiting for them to return. Just happy that I can catch up on episodes from past seasons :)

    Brilliant, Engaging CX Podcast
    I’ve been listening to a LOT of CX podcasts recently, and I have to say that the amount of smart, insightful content that I get from Experience This! is unrivaled. On top of that, Joey and Dan are exceptionally good storytellers and keep me so engaged I find myself surprised I’ve already listened to the whole episode. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the CX space.

    I know "fun" is a chiche' word, but this podcast was actually fun to listen to. Very impressed with the audio too. Too many people get lost in not caring about the audiio.. Big mistakes. I really enjoyed listening to this, and I think it's around the perfect length.. You got in and out at the right time without it getting boring.

    When I heard that Jay Baer was the driving force behind this new podcast, I made it a point to listen. Show hosts Dan and Joey bring a fun perspetive to customer experience with timely and relavent examples. In the hands of someone else, this kind of show could be a power trip for bashing brands who have delivered poor customer experiences. Instead, every episode tries to emphasize the good while providing constructive feedback for ways brands can better the customer experience. Give it a listen and you'll be hooked.

    Enjoy the Banter
    I really love the authencity of Joey and Dan. The fact that Dan teases Joey for being a recoving Lawyer (which Joey embraces) and that he teases Joey for not using social, is a rather funny running bit. Then there is Joey riffing on Dan's inability / desire to mow the lawn. Humor, fun, and life, spliced into a true education in customer experience, results in a truly awesome podcast. I love it, I love it, I love it! :-)

    I'm a bit biased because my team produces this show, but it is FANTASTIC. Such a different take on the podcast concept. Specific segments in each episode, interesting stories, and solid takeaways for businesspeople. Plus, what I love the most about Experience This! is that it isn't about customer experience and customer service fails. Rather, the hosts celebrate the GOOD stories; when companies go above and beyond. There is hope yet for CS and CX, and these guys prove it every week.
