I’m super picky with podcasts and will drop them quickly if they don’t immediately provide me with value. I’m loving this podcast! I’ve gotten lots of useful tips and have passed several episodes on to my staff. Really enjoying this.

Advice with numbers! Very helpful.

This is an excellent podcast about managing and growing a law firm. Melanie Leonard is a true expert and a generous resource regarding legal technology and practice management in general. But…you REALLY lost me with the Valerie Fenchel episode. I could tell in the first minute the episode was going to be all about a typical San Francisco SJW liberal’s “struggle” for “equity” and “diversity”. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but come on Melanie and Mark, I don’t listen to your podcast to hear that or any other political garbage. I tune in to hear about marketing, tech, and strategies to help me grow my law firm. And your follow up episode about “culture” was equally bad. I realize I do not speak for others, but for me personally, I was really turned off. I don’t know if this was your obligatory “woke” moment or what, but from my perspective, you should stick to the subject matter that I, and I suspect a LOT of other lawyers tune in to hear. Very disappointed, but otherwise I love your show. Please stick to topics that are actually relevant to your stated purpose of helping us grow our businesses. No more politics please. Notwithstanding the two “woke” garbage episodes, I am still giving you 5 stars. Thanks.

Make this pod a habit! Two pros that clearly enjoy working together, sharing positivity alongside clear, realistic action items. As a professional trainer, I respect the ease with which Melanie and Mark both display mastery of their respective areas. No wasted time, no jargon, clearly focused on results.

I love how Melanie and Mark talk with each other to get information to the audience. It seems natural and not overly rehearsed. I look forward to listening to more.

What impresses me most about Mark is his willingness to share his expertise. He doesn’t just give high-level info you can get anywhere. He talks about the WHY and HOW. Loving this podcast so far.
